As a parent, you know how challenging it can be to keep up with your baby’s ever-changing sleep patterns. What time will your baby nap today? Did we miss the right window? When is the transition from two naps to one?

What may seem like simple questions can easily become overwhelming, making it hard to plan your day and adding stress, especially when your baby becomes overtired.

Those days are over with NextNap

NextNap is the newest smart feature of the Nanit Baby Monitor, developed by sleep experts and extensively tested in real-life situations. With intelligent insights, it helps you understand when your baby is ready for their next nap, giving you more peace of mind and confidence as a parent.

How NextNap Works

NextNap uses real-time sleep data from your Nanit Pro Baby Monitor to automatically create a daily schedule tailored to your baby. You’ll always know the best time for a nap, making it easy to enjoy your baby’s awake moments together. Convenient, calming, and just that little bit of extra confidence every parent needs.

Why NextNap is so helpful

Good sleep is essential for your baby’s development and daytime naps are a vital part of that. NextNap gives you clear insights into your baby’s ideal sleep schedule and takes the guesswork out of when it’s time to rest.

The feature automatically uses the sleep data from your Nanit Baby Monitor, so you can go about your day without needing a separate app to track naps manually.

Think of NextNap as an extra member of your parenting team guiding you through every new stage, like the transition from two naps to one. It helps prevent overtiredness (and those inevitable tears).

Three Reasons Why NextNap Changes Everything

With automatically generated daily nap schedules ready for you each morning in the Nanit app, NextNap feels like sleep science with a touch of magic. Here are the top three benefits:

1. Personalized Nap Predictions
A fixed schedule doesn’t work for every baby. That’s why NextNap automatically adjusts your baby’s nap times based on their unique rhythm and needs. You’ll receive timely notifications to help you prepare your baby for their nap. If your little one naps away from Nanit’s view, you can easily adjust the nap or bedtime manually with just a few taps.

2. Automatic Sleep Tracking, all in One App
NextNap seamlessly integrates with your Nanit Baby Monitor and app. No more juggling separate sleep apps or multiple platforms,  everything you need is in one place.

3. One Schedule for All Caregivers
With shared sleep tracking, everyone with access to your Nanit app — grandparents, babysitters, or other caregivers — stays informed. It’s easy for everyone to follow the nap schedule and plan confidently around nap times. Personalized push notifications ensure no one ever misses a nap again.

With NextNap by your side, your baby’s rhythm becomes more predictable and relaxed,  and you? You finally get a little extra time for yourself.
