Is your product not working quite as you expected?
Please contact us first at service@nanitnl.nl. In many cases, we can help you right away so that a return might not even be necessary.

How can you return a product?

You can easily register your return within 14 days via the Nanit Return portal.

Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense..

Important: Returns are shipped at your own risk. We recommend purchasing a return label through our returns portal and keeping your proof of shipment. This way, you will receive a tracking number and your return shipment will always be traceable.

Refunds

We have a processing time of 14 days for refunds after the product returned by you has been received by Baby Kids BV. You will then be refunded the purchase amount, including any shipping costs charged at the time of purchase, via the payment method you used for the purchase.

Right of Withdrawal

According to the Distance Selling Regulations, as a consumer (not applicable to companies), you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the item unopened and in an undamaged condition. The return shipping costs are at your expense when exercising the right of withdrawal.
