Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping within the Benelux for orders over 50 euros. For orders under 50 euros, we charge €4.95 for shipping within the Benelux.

Shipping

If you place an order on weekdays before 16:00, we will do our best to ship it the same day. In most cases, you will receive your order the next day. Your package will be shipped via PostNL. Once we have notified PostNL of your order, you will receive a link to track the delivery.

Transport

We ship all packages with PostNL.

Unclaimed Package

For all packages that are not picked up at a collection point, an administration fee of €12.50 will be charged. This fee covers processing, return shipping, and handling costs. If you change your mind after the package has been shipped, you must pick up the package at your collection point and return it to us. If the package is not picked up, it will be automatically registered as unclaimed. Upon receiving an unclaimed package, we will refund you the purchase cost minus the administration fee of €12.50 via the payment method we have on file. If a package for any reason does not return to us, we cannot refund the purchase cost.

Right of Withdrawal

According to the Distance Selling Act, as a consumer (not applicable to businesses), you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the item unopened and in undamaged condition. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the return costs are at your expense.
